When the weather starts to turn cool, I just can’t get enough warm coffee drinks.
Yield: Serves 4
Eggnog Latte
Ingredients:
- 2 shots espresso, or strong coffee
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup eggnog (I used Evan Williams, an eggnog with alcohol, however you can use whichever alcoholic or non-alcoholic brand you prefer)
- whipped cream, for garnish
- freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
Directions:
1. Brew coffee. Add milk and eggnog to a cup to steam on espresso machine, or to a saucepan to heat on the stove-top, or heat in a coffee mug in the microwave.
2. Add espresso and milk and eggnog to a coffee mug and top with whipped cream if desired an garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
