Yield: Serves 4
Chocolate S’more Cupcakes
Ingredients:
For Cupcakes (Can follow package directions on pre-made box mix or these directions)
- 1 box devil’s food cake mix
- 1 box chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
Toppings (all are per cupcake)
- 1 large marshmallow
- 1 square of Hersheys chocolate bar
- 1 graham cracker
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients for cake. Add box mix, pudding mix, milk and sour cream to a bowl. Mix in stand mixer or with hand mixer. Add eggs one at a time until incorporated. Mix on medium until smooth, a few minutes. Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full.
2. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and top with a large marshmallow. Turn broiler to low and place back in the oven until marshmallow is toasted.
3. Remove from oven and immediately add a square of chocolate and a graham cracker. Let cool about 15- 20 minutes before serving.
