This smoothie is loaded with blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. It also has vanilla yogurt and a hint of lime.
Yield: Serves 4
Wild Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries) fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup vanilla or mixed berry yogurt
- 1 tablespoon raspberry (or any other berry flavor) jam
- 1 cup soy, almond, rice milk or lowfat milk (use non-dairy if adding lime)
- the juice of 1/2 a lime (omit if using cow milk)
- a few ice cubes
Directions:
1. Combine fruit, yogurt, jam, milk and lime juice in a blender.
2. Add ice and blend on high until smooth.
