Looking for a great fall snack for the kids?
Yield: Serves 4
Pumpkin Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Yoplait® Greek 100 plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 apples, sliced
- 2 pears, sliced
Directions:
- In medium bowl, beat pumpkin, cream cheese, yogurt, agave nectar, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg with electric mixer on low speed until well blended. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Serve dip with sliced apples and pears.
