Enjoy a fall inspired pear salad topped with sweet crunchy granola and homemade Greek yogurt poppy seed dressing.
Pear and Granola Salad with Greek Yogurt Poppyseed Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey
- pinch salt and fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small jar or sealed container. Shake well until all ingredients are combined and creamy. Store leftover dressing in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
