A simple and delicious Cucumber and Feta Greek Yogurt Dip perfect for any get-together that requires snacking.
Cucumber and Feta Greek Yogurt Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain non fat Greek yogurt (I use Chobani)
- 1 cup crumbled feta
- 1/2 seedless cucumber, diced small
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- good pinch salt and pepper
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix gently. Let chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving so that flavors can develop. Serve with pita chips and veggies.
Note: Don't plan on making this with reduced fat feta cheese, it won't do it justice. It's always worth a splurge on ingredients when it comes to simple dips like this.
