Sometimes you really need some caffeine, yet crave a creamy milkshake. I’ve got you covered.
Yield: Serves 4
Coffee Milkshake
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup very strong coffee or espresso, cooled
- 2 cups ice cream or frozen yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (optional)
Directions:
1. Let coffee cool, then add coffee, ice cream and milk to blender.
2. Blend on high until well blended. Add chocolate syrup if desired.
3. Serve topped with another scoop of ice cream and chocolate shavings for garnish.
